About St. Luke's
Mission Statement
Jesus said, “I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest.” (John 10:10)
To work with God in helping people on their journey of healing toward wholeness.
We are called to do this through the ministries of:
Healing
Promoting healing through prayer and our life together wholeness of body, mind and spirit (James 5:13-16).
Teaching
Making disciples of Jesus (Matt 28:19) so that all may grow to maturity in him (Ephesians 4:13).
Outreach
Sharing the Good News of Jesus so that people might be led into a relationship with him as Saviour and Lord (Luke 24:47-48, Romans 10:9).
Our life together is characterised by prayer, worship and fellowship together as we seek to serve God, one another and our community (Acts 2:42-47).
